1. General Terms
1.1 By enrolling in any course or program at BIBT, students agree to comply with all rules, policies and academic guidelines.
1.2 BIBT reserves the right to update course content, pricing, schedules, lecturers, and policies at any time without prior notice.
1.3 All learning content provided by BIBT is protected by copyright and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without written consent.
2. Enrollment & Payments
2.1 Course fees must be paid fully or according to the selected payment plan before accessing learning materials.
2.2 Payments made to BIBT are non-refundable, except in cases where the course is cancelled by BIBT.
2.3 Any installment plan must be completed before receiving certificates or access to final assessments.
3. Online Learning System (LMS)
3.1 Students will receive personal LMS login credentials that must not be shared with others.
3.2 Access to LMS videos, quizzes, assignments and downloadable materials is restricted to active registered students only.
3.3 Video lessons, recorded classes, slides, and other academic content remain the property of BIBT and cannot be copied or reused outside personal study.
4. Assessments & Certification
4.1 Students must complete required exams, assignments, quizzes, and attendance conditions (if applicable) to receive certification.
4.2 Certificates provided by BIBT include a unique verification code and are legally issued under Beezet Group of Companies.
4.3 BIBT certificates are academic/professional qualifications and are not equivalent to government licenses unless specified.
5. International Pathways & Career Support
5.1 BIBT provides pathways and guidance for international academic and professional qualifications based on eligibility requirements of external awarding bodies.
5.2 Job guidance and recommendations are offered for selected qualified students, but BIBT does not guarantee employment.
6. Student Conduct
6.1 Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior toward staff, lecturers and other learners.
6.2 Misuse of digital tools, abusive language, cheating, or sharing paid content will result in suspension or permanent account termination without refund.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 BIBT collects personal data strictly for academic, communication, verification and certification purposes.
7.2 Students’ data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except authorized academic partners or legal requirements.
7.3 All submitted documents must be valid and accurate. Providing false information may lead to removal without refund.
8. Suspension & Termination
8.1 BIBT reserves the right to suspend or revoke student access for misconduct, unpaid fees, or violation of policies.
8.2 No refunds will be provided if access is removed due to misconduct or policy violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 BIBT is not responsible for technical issues caused by students’ devices, internet, or third-party platforms beyond our control.
9.2 BIBT will provide reasonable support, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the LMS or online classes.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, paying fees, or accessing the LMS, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions of BIBT (Beezet Institute of Business and Technology).
